1. About Shubhji

Shubhji is a premium customised gift-hamper business operating across India. We accept orders and confirm them personally via WhatsApp and phone. There is no automated online checkout — every order is a personalised conversation, and your order is only confirmed once our team acknowledges it and receives advance payment.

2. Customised Products

All hampers are crafted to order and personalised to your specifications — including selected items, theme, colours, branding, and personalised notes. Because each hamper is made especially for you, customised orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced, except in the case of damage or defect (see our Shipping & Returns Policy).

3. Pricing

Prices shown on our website (starting from ₹799, ₹1,499, ₹2,999, etc.) are indicative starting prices only. The final quote for your order — covering selected items, packaging, customisation, quantity, and applicable delivery charges — will be confirmed with you personally over WhatsApp or phone before any payment is requested. You are under no obligation to proceed until you are fully satisfied with the quote.

4. Order Confirmation & Advance Payment

An order is considered confirmed only after:

1. You have approved the final quote and hamper details shared by our team on WhatsApp or phone.
2. An advance payment (as mutually agreed) has been received by Shubhji.

We reserve the right to adjust the scope of an order if the agreed advance is not received within the communicated timeframe. Full payment is due before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all details you provide — recipient name, delivery address, occasion date, and customisation preferences — are accurate. Shubhji cannot be held responsible for errors or delays arising from incorrect information provided by you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photographs, text, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Shubhji. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their enjoyment of our services. Misuse, spam, fraudulent enquiries, or any attempt to disrupt our operations is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shubhji's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, damage, or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, courier delays, or public emergencies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
