Do you ship across India?
Yes! We deliver to every state in India. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location and the customisation involved.
Can I fully customise a hamper?
Absolutely — customisation is what we do best. You choose the items, colours, theme, budget and add a personalised note. For corporate orders we also add your logo and branding.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum for personal gifting — even a single hamper. For corporate bulk gifting we recommend 25+ hampers to unlock volume pricing.
How much do hampers cost?
Our hampers start from ₹799 (Essentials), ₹1,499 (Signature) and ₹2,999 (Luxe & Corporate). Final pricing depends on the items, quantity and customisation you choose.
How do I place an order?
Tap any “Enquire” or “WhatsApp Us” button on the site. Share your requirement, and our team will curate options, share photos for approval and confirm your order on WhatsApp.
Do you provide GST invoices for businesses?
Yes. We provide proper GST invoices for all corporate orders, with a dedicated gifting manager to support your procurement process.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes — for corporate orders we can ship individual hampers to hundreds of employee or client addresses across India.
How far in advance should I order?
For personal gifts, 3–5 days is ideal. For festive or bulk corporate gifting (Diwali, New Year), we recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead as slots fill quickly.
